Time Tunnel from Bran Castle
- The Time Tunnel is an exhibition complex consisting of an interactive multimedia gallery, unique in Romania.
- Rodax Management designed, developed and implemented the complex interactive multimedia system that serves the complex called "Time Tunnel" from Bran Castle.
- The system provides visitors with a unique experience based on a sensory multimedia interaction guaranteed by a vertical route through a specially designed elevator that descends to the belly of the mountain on which the castle is built and continues with an impressive horizontal gallery.
- The conception and realization of this exhibition is 100% Romanian and is the result of innovative ideas based on high technology, from complex servers and computer systems to high class applications and software solutions or unique media content in terms of numerous 3D animations, modeling and simulations.
- The general software control platform of the “Time Tunnel” benefits from permanent monitoring 24/24, 7/7, being operated in an automatic system, under the supervision of system engineers.
Autonomous Data Acquisition and Transmission Systems
- These advanced technological systems are necessary to monitor the objectives located in hard to reach areas or without infrastructure.
- The systems are intended for the acquisition and transmission of data to various applications.
- These systems use a multitude of high-performance sensors, including atmospheric, hydrological or soil-dedicated.
- The systems are autonomous from an energy point of view, producing the energy necessary for their operation thanks to photovoltaic panels and wind microturbines.
- The equipment is arranged inside boxes fixed on metal poles, anchored in a solid concrete foundation and the disposal area is protected by metal fences.
- The internet connectivity is ensured for each piece of equipment, the purchased information being transmitted in real time to a central server located in a data center.
- The systems use IR cameras (functional during the day and night), are managed remotely and can be equipped with optical beacons or radio signals.
